บริษัท สยามแก๊ส แอนด์ ปิโตรเคมีคัลส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัท ครั้งที่ 3/2566 เมื่อวันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2566 มีมติอนุมัติการจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาลในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.10 บาท (สิบสตางค์) ซึ่งพิจารณาจากผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทสำหรับงวด 6 เดือน สิ้นสุดวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2566 โดยมีรายละเอียดของการจ่ายเงินปันผลดังนี้ 1. เงินปันผลระหว่างกาลจำนวน 0.10 บาทต่อหุ้น หรือเท่ากับ 183,786,300 บาท เป็นการจ่ายจากกำไรของบริษัทสำหรับงวด 6 เดือน สิ้นสุดวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2566 ที่เสียภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลในอัตราร้อยละ 20 โดยผู้รับเงินปันผลจะต้องถูกหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย อย่างไรก็ตามผู้รับเงินปันผลที่เป็นบุคคลธรรมดาจะได้รับเครดิตภาษีตามมาตรา 47 ทวิ แห่งประมวลรัษฎากร 2. ที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการบริษัทได้กำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิรับเงินปันผล(Record Date) ในวันศุกร์ที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2566 และกำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลในวันพุธที่ 6 กันยายน 2566 จึงเรียนมาเพื่อทราบโดยทั่วกัน…
