Verify L/C (Letter of Credit) and provide comment to oversea customers.
Follow up payment with customers and bank on L/C and TT(Telegraphic Transfer).
Proceed the payment to suppliers.
Coordinate with related internal parties for presented document to banks.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting , Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Computer literacy (Words , Excel & Power point)Good command in English (speaking and writing)

• Manage all asset & stock accounting , AP and AR
• Manage the record / report the procurement, requisition, transference and depreciation of asset
• Manage the CEV asset code registration

• Co-develop business plan with Marine Director and the implementation plan to the vessels teams in order to ensure the achievement of the assigned target
• Estimate and manage budgets according to the operations plan in order to adequately support the functions as well as control the operation expense with budgets
• Ensure vessels in fleet compliance with Thai and international rules and regulations, codes and guidelines concerning safety maintenance conditions of the ship
• Define vessel capacity and requirements, optimize vessel planning and define operation plan in order to effectively maximize resources and function effectively
• Monitor the movements of fleet vessels at sea and in ports to give advise in related to cargo operation, navigation, safety, pollution prevention and security
• Direct to marine insurance and legal all fleet vessels and all claim related to H&M and P&I and cargo dispute
• Senior Ship visit at frequent internals to carry out regular performance vessel inspection within the specified time
• Ensure Safe navigation in fleet, cargo handling and cargo care procedures are implemented by precedent instructions to Master with effective monitoring
• Appraise the performance of Master and seniors at specified intervals and give he recommendation to Team Manager for bonus and performance rating
• Monitor ship's certificates and other reports to support in commercial concerns and compliance with Standard Ship Vetting Program of SIRE/CDI/THAI REC and other major oil vetting, Q88 and Form C

• At least Bachelor degree in Marine or Marine Engineering
• Minimum 2 year experiences in Master Mariner and holding a Master Mariner certificate and/or Marine Superintendent / Port Captain.
